The company was originally established as Shanghai Purui Technology Co., Ltd. and was later renamed Shanghai RuiGong Technology Co., Ltd. The RuiGong brand continues the same focus on practical carbon material manufacturing, technical communication and long-term industrial supply.

RuiGong’s manufacturing facility supports carbon material forming, processing, machining, inspection, packaging and shipment preparation. The factory is organized for repeated industrial supply rather than one-off trading.
